The France Communications Manager will be responsible for communications plans and activities that engage key audiences both internally and externally with the goal of protecting and strengthening Amplifon’s reputation in the Country.

Reporting to the HR Director, and functionally to the Global Head of Communication , the Manager will design and drive the local implementation of the Global Communication Strategy through effective activations, local channels, content production, and events in a transformation context.

The manager will coordinate the local Country Newsroom cross-functional editorial calendars, developing, scouting and executing content, including PR announcements, speaking opportunities, , change communication campaigns and internal events.

He will support change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives playing a crucial role in ensuring that staff members embrace the change.

 

What you'll need

Internal Communication:

  • Lead the execution of the Internal Communication Strategic Plan 22-24 worldwide in alignment with company purpose and corporate culture.
  • Actively Build, Lead and Engage the l Country Newsroom, in line with the Global Newsroom Operating Model
  • Support the continuous improvement of Corporate Owned Media Architecture and Ecosystem (eg. Local Intranet contents)
  • Cascade and localize Global Corporate Change Management Campaigns to enable and sustain company digital transformation
  • Protect Global Communication Identity 
  • Plan, Design and Execute innovative Internal Communication Events, Processes and Touchpoints to boost internal Alignment and Engagement both for back office and front office population
  • Improve synergies of External and Internal communication touchpoints and projects

    External Communication

  • Lead the execution the External Communication Strategic Plan 22-24, supporting and anticipating business objectives worldwide, in alignment with company purpose and corporate culture.
  • Ensuring positive development of Company Reputation through an integrated approach to Earned media, Owned Media, Digital PR, and Stakeholder engagement 
  • Develop and execute the Speaking Opportunities calendar for company spokespeople.
  • Localize and scout Community Impact projects at Country level.
  • Locally Implement Crisis Manual Procedures and Trainings 
  • Your qualifications

  • MA degree in communications, design, and interactive journalism or in relevant fields.
  • Need to be proactive with a strong internal drive.
  • Enjoy working independently or as part of a team.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a corporate communication and/or agency fast-paced, results-focused environments.
  • Excellent communication, proof-reading and editing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both English and French
  • Passionate about digital communication design and its new developments.
  • Interested in Health-tech and Retail.
  • Strong knowledge of O365, Adobe Pro, Illustrator, Rush, Photoshop, Campaign Manager
  • A well organized and detail-oriented person with an ability to multi-task
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
