The EU Marketing & Prime organization is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager based in UK/DE/FR. You will be joining our managed promotions team, who obsesses over delivering the most relevant promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery. The Sr. Marketing Manager will support this mission by being a core part of the team building our managed promotions strategy.
Who you are:
· You are customer-obsessed: You will be obsessed with our customers, growing our understanding of their needs and building a Pan EU measurement framework for customer engagement onsite. Finding new ways to help them discover promotions that meet their needs and surprise and delight.
· You are strategic-minded: You will be responsible for defining merchandising strategies and working with tech teams to identifying core gaps in our offering and opportunities to innovate manual process for the entire Amazon promotions experience (in-app, onsite) both for everyday business as well as our high velocity events Prime Day and Black Friday. Executing engagement campaigns and creating educational material for merchandising teams across multiple countries.
· You are a keen collaborator: You will not only be working to innovate our deals and events onsite experience but also will all other marketing channels (e.g. Search, Social, Advertising) to build joint strategy and an experimentation roadmap to grow and improve our key events. Cross-team coordination, effective communication and project management, are essential skills to succeed in this role.

Profil recherché

· You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical, business or analytical discipline
· You have a 5-7+ year experience
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English – written and verbal
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for solving problems
· You have good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
You are good at:
· Managing the full lifecycle of complex marketing initiatives for which you define the strategy and measurement with limited guidance
· Experimenting, understanding, measuring and evaluating how your promotions marketing initiatives impact customer experience and business outcomes
· Communicating effectively and aligning on the marketing objectives, strategy, and milestones to senior leaders and key stakeholders
· Creating, optimizing, and driving adoption of critical mechanisms to ensure strategy is longer-term successful and sustainable
