Since the start of Alma’s commercial activity in 2019, its growth has been exponential: every month, hundreds of new merchants install its solution and thousands of new customers use Alma for the first time.

Your role will be to conquer new Enterprise Accounts(Sales Revenues > 200M€) in the world of e-commerce and retail identified by several means: leads qualified by the marketing and sales team, word-of-mouth between merchants, our business & partnerships referrals, events in which Alma participates on a regular basis, as well as your active prospecting.

Accompanied by the Lead Enterprise Sales France, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working on a complete sales cycle (from prospecting to contract signature) in contact with a number of C-Levels
  • Create and lead cross-team and cross-market projects and contribute to the global business strategy (CEO, CTO, CFO etc.)
  • Implement a strategy of prospecting and active follow-up in order to qualify projects with your target customers.
  • Ensure the proper follow-up of commercial proposals, as well as responses to calls for tenders in which you participate.
  • Be in charge of the negotiation of contractual provisions from A to Z in order to close new customers.
  • Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your impact on Alma’s growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increase the payment volumes passing through Alma, while growing the company’s customer portfolio!


Profil recherché

Being Sales Executive Enterprise requires a wide skill set and a high level of energy:

  • Ambitious and challenger: you regularly exceed your goals
  • Structured: you understand quickly, you will have to appropriate quickly the stakes of the retailers
  • Rigorous and organized: you move forward methodically, following your prospects to the end
  • Open-minded and friendly: You have a good sense of contact and an undeniable strength of conviction
  • Experienced: You have at least six years of professional experience in selling B2B solutions to large retailers. Knowledge of the e-commerce and/or payment world is a plus!

Déroulement des entretiens

Because of the importance of this role for Alma, the process is quite intense. Yet, we’ll aim at running it in 2 to 3 weeks max.

  • An HR call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team - 30 minutes
  • A video interview with the Lead, Enterprise Sales France - 1 hour
  • Enterprise use cases to complete at Home
  • Presentation of cases and discussions with Head of Sales - 1 hour
  • Team fit to meet with other Almaniacs! 🙌 - 30 minutes
