Operations Team

The mission of our Operations team is to provide the best customer support experience to our users (consumers and merchants) and to help other teams scale their processes.

Your Missions

We are looking for an Operations Analyst based in our HQ in Paris to centrally support our markets in Europe. This role is instrumental in supporting the fast growth of our business, notably scale our operations in France, our 1st market, and support our expansion in Europe. You may be required to travel in Europe.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Understand our current processes and learn how Operations bring value to our customers.
  • Leverage data and APIs to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Identify areas where data could enhance our business expertise, and build models that will improve operational quality and efficiency.
  • Support our team in their day-to-day operations to ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine.
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights from our operations and customer support, including for Product Development.
  • Drive a data culture in the team and work closely with our Data Engineering and Central Data teams to improve data quality across the board.

Your Profile

Must have

  • You are fluent in English and preferably in French
  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering, statistics, economics, finance, business
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • You master SQL and Python
  • You want to work in an international environment with diverse cultures

Nice to have

  • You have knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase)
  • You have experience with handling APIs and building workflows with business tools (such as Zendesk, Zapier, Hubspot…)
  • You have experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, Phabricator)

Skills

  • You are autonomous, rigorous and detail-oriented.
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You are data-driven. You are at ease with defining metrics to drive business decisions.
  • You are a problem solver. You love to investigate issues and identify the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions.
  • You have an analytical mindset. You are able to breakdown a big problem into smaller ones to solve them.
  • You are customer obsessed. You are able to put yourself in our users’ shoes and come up with creative ideas to improve their experience.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You do not hesitate to take ownership and “get your hands dirty”.
