To make our ambition to become the European leader on the (very) hot market of BNPL come true, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
Your mission will be to build long-lasting relationships and provide a state-of-the-art experience to Alma's most strategic accounts, resulting in high loyalty, advocacy and business growth.
Within the Customer Success team, your main responsibilities will consist in:
