Today, end consumers who use our fractional payment solution want to use Alma in all the shops in their daily lives. That’s why we intend to achieve this with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) product.

As one of the first members of the DTC team, you will develop the Direct-to-Consumer business unit within Alma and define the future of a key product: the Direct-to-Consumer mobile application. With a high level of exposure to people and topics, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn quickly.

Your main responsibilities will lie in:

  • Get involved in the product ideation: learn from the MVP (launched end of November) to build the final product and make it a technical and commercial success
  • Deep dive and understand users’ needs to bring our Product to the next level
  • Drive the Product Roadmap for Alma DTC products
  • Be the constant intermediary and preferred point of contact between tech and business teams, all over product building process
  • Work with Ops Team in order to get the feedbacks from customers
  • Track and analyze features performance

You will also collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Engineering, Legal and Ops teams.


Profil recherché

Being DTC Product Manager requires a wide skill set and a high level of energy:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you are not afraid of taking responsibility and getting your hands dirty
  • Rigorous and organized: you work in a methodical and structured way, you don’t leave any unfinished business unattended
  • Solution oriented and listening to end users: you create feedback loops with end consumers to continuously improve our product
  • Demanding and reliable: you do not compromise on the quality of your work, and you make it a point of honor to keep your commitments
  • Analytical and iterative: you are obsessed with data, collecting, it, analysing it and making informed decisions based on your analysis

Your experience

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in Product Management for mobile
  • Key experiences in the DTC world: you know how to drive acquisition and usage with a Mobile Product
  • You are familiar with payment solutions
  • Fluent in French and English
