What will you be doing?

Developing the Marketing and Communication strategy for the Spanish market, you will partner closely with top clinics in the area on initiatives to drive efficient consumer demand for the Allurion Program. You will work with key accounts and local distributors to improve marketing through efficient and effective digital marketing strategies, which will also be shared internally across the wider Sales and Marketing organizations.

You will be required to understand, identify, and execute growth opportunities (online and offline) within the region. You will be responsible for supporting the ideation and development of product-lead social media assets to be shared with our clinics globally. To be successful as a Digital Trade Marketing Manager, you will need an entrepreneurial spirit, with keen attention to detail, an eye for design and an eagerness to innovate.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • 6+ Years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing across search, social media, and web. Bonus if you have previous design experience in tools such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable execution and presentation skills. Must be a team player with a good sense of humor, willing to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability and interest to work in a fast-growing company and constantly adapting environment.
  • At least a C2 level of proficiency in Spanish with a preference for a B2 level or above in English, French, and Italian.
  • Willing and able to travel 20% of the time.

Location: This role can be based anywhere within Spain. Travel: Travel will be required for this role, around 20% of the time. Hours: Hours for this role may be flexible and will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Hiring Manager.
