Your role

We are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Computer Vision / Deep Learning Engineer Intern to join our Research & Development team to extend our success.

You are dynamic, self-motivated, autonomous, result-driven and team-oriented. Passionate about computer vision and deep learning, you will actively seek out and help us to improve Allure Systems‘ solution. This is an opportunity to get started in a fast-moving career with great growth potential.

Responsibilities

Following the direction of the Computer Vision Engineer and of the CTO, you will support the following projects, involving cutting edge Machine Learning frameworks:

• Automatic Clipping – HD Image segmentation of the clothes worn by a mannequin
• Automatic Matching – Warping the shot item onto any human body
• Automatic Shadow – Automatically recreate photo realistic shadows of the clothes on the mannequin body
• Automatic Transparency – Compute continuous transparency channel values for semi-transparent clothes
• Automatic Image Tagging – Automatically derive kind of clothes from a photo
• Human Body Parsing – Segmentation of body parts and garment parts from a picture

Requirements

• Engineering Master’s Degree, preferably at the end of your studies (permanent position may be offered after the internship)
• Good knowledge of Python language
• Knowledge of C/ C++ would be a plus
• Experiences with PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks
• Knowledge of Linux / Unix operating systems
• Fluent in French & ideally English
• You are a self starter and can work independently
• You have strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
• You know how to navigate and be successful in a startup environment
