Allianz Real Estate is the captive investment and asset manager for real estate within Allianz Group. We develop and execute tailored investment strategies for the Allianz Group, focusing on direct and indirect equity globally and commercial real estate loans in Europe and the U.S.
We aim to provide superior risk-adjusted returns along the buy-manage-sell value chain with a primary focus on Core to Value Add opportunities in the 24/7 gateway cities of the world.
Our global activities are steered out of Munich and Paris whilst local operating platforms provide market coverage, transaction sourcing and asset management.

Responsabilités principales

Within the Investment Accounting department, you will report to the Head of the Company Asset Accounting & Project Western Europe division, you will work and help the team in their different tasks in the Finance Department.

Missions :

• Participate to the accounting to the invoice process and checking the information of the workflow
• Performing the stochastic checks of the invoices of the external provider manager and the invoice of the internal team of Allianz
• Participate to the posting and the reconciliation of bank account
• Participate to the Real Estate reportings realized for the investors for the finance figures
• Participate to the IFRS closing of the Directly Held Investors
• Participate to the creation of the new Business Partner

Profile / Skills :

• With a BAC+3 like CCA/DCG training, you have a first professional experience in the accounting department of an International Group or an audit firm
• Good knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG) and IFRS
• You have an ERP, ideally SAP FI and MS Office
• Your level of English is professional and the practice of another foreign language would be a plus
• You can easily communicate with your internal and external contacts
• You perceive innovative questions as motivating challenges that you approach actively with curiosity
• Team spirit, customer orientation, high commitment and flexibility are a matter of course for you
• You are rigorous, autonomous and goal-oriented.
