This internship provides a high quality experience in a leading and growing global investment company. The
position is of particular interest to gain exposure to:

• Investment management
• Real estate / Private equity
• International Environment

Main responsibilities

• Support the investment team in selecting real estate funds and cross-border acquisitions
• Prepare investment analysis and presentations
• Financial modelling and support in the entire underwriting process
• Support the analysis of existing Investments

• Studies in Business Administration or similar education with focus on finance, real estate and/or
• Investment banking
• Practical work experience within a real estate private equity fund, investment bank and/or investment
• Management firm is a plus
• Knowledge in financial modeling
• High proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Team player with analytical abilities and willingness to learn
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in written and spoken English, other European languages desirable
