About the role

You will join the global marketing team of Alkemics and report to our VP Marketing, to manage our marketing processes and tools. You objective is enhance and optimize decision making to accelerate growth in Europe. You will be a key member of Alkemics by optimizing the processes that generate revenue.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM such as Salesforce and Hubspot) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Creating and maintaining metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact.
  • Proactively exploring data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
  • Monitoring campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices.
  • Providing recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
  • Developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
  • Producing and maintaining metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Presenting analysis and findings to a variety of audience.
  • Evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Profil recherché

  • At least 5 years of experience: previous working experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst/Manager in a scale-up or in a SaaS enterprise company or in consulting firm.
  • Demonstrates analytical capabilities by translating marketing data into insights through storytelling that drive impactful and measurable change.
  • Hands-on, strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Quick learner: While you may not be an expert in all things Operations, you are curious and learn quickly.
  • Efficient Problem Solver: You are an expert in leveraging solutions discovered by others and applying them to current problems. You have demonstrated success in deploying new systems and processes (not just managing an existing stack.)
  • Meticulous: Must consider all implications of activating/deactivating features. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Good communicator: able collaborate with non-technical team members to translate functional requests into actionable improvements. Ability to build relationships working in a cross-functional global environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.
