We’re looking for a Software Engineer that has a strong interest in cloud-computing and data science to help build our complex data-processing and AI solution.

You’ll join a motivated team, willing to share their knowledge and passion for advanced computer science and software development, where your typical missions will be :

• Building new screens and features for our amazing software.
• Building & deploying high performance cloud computing (concurrent and highly distributed) AI algorithms.
• To help optimize the run-time of machine learning models that call databases with dozens of millions of records.
• To maintain existing web APIs and build new ones.
• Working closely with our internal Data Science & UX teams.
• To bring innovative ideas to improve our platform, the quality of our cloud computing and development processes
• To be fully involved in the heart of our platform, learning every day and seeing the impact of your work in production
• Working with people with different set of skills in a fast growing environment

Technical stack: Java / Spring, Angular 8, Javascript, TypeScript, AWS, NGRX, REST APIs, Docker, Terraform, Python, GitHub

We’re looking for innovative and rigorous minds that wish to be core contributors to our platform, imperatively possessing the following attributes :

• A Masters Degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science from an accredited engineering school / technical university
• An excellent knowledge of Java and Spring
• You have a good vision on both backend and infrastructure challenges
• You understand the value of software craftsmanship and best practices
• You are a fast learner, curious and analytical person
• You are passionate & rigorous and able to question your achievements
• You like puzzles and enjoy cracking algorithmic problems
• First experience in developing, releasing and maintaining web applications (or school projects)
• A fluent level of spoken English

In addition, the following skills would be a definite advantage :

• Ideally, knowledge of Angular 2+
• Ideally, knowledge of other JavaScript frontend frameworks
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, NGRX
• Understanding of RXJs & OAuth protocol
• Experience maintaining and developing open source software
• Practical experience with either AWS, Docker or Terraform
