We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer for a 6-month internship, who has a strong interest in cloud-computing and AI to help build our complex data-processing solution.

You'll join a motivated team, willing to share their knowledge and passion for advanced computer science and software development, where your typical missions will be:

• Building new screens and features for our world-leading software,
• Helping optimize the run-time of machine learning models that call databases with dozens of millions of records,
• Maintaining existing web APIs and build new ones,
• Collaborating with our internal Data Science & UX teams,
• Bringing innovative ideas to improve our platform, the quality of our cloud computing and development processes,
• Being fully involved in the heart of our platform, learning every day and seeing the impact of your work in production,
• Working with people with different sets of skills in a fast growing environment.

Technical stack: Java 11 / Spring, Angular 11, TypeScript, NgRx, REST APIs, AWS, Terraform, Python, GitHub

Requirements

We're looking for innovative and rigorous minds that wish to be core contributors to our platform, possessing the following attributes:

• IMPORTANT/ELIMINATORY: You are currently studying for your final year of a Masters Degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science and are looking for a 6-month end of study internship / "stage de fin d'études" starting in January / February 2022;
• IMPORTANT/ELIMINATORY: As we like to offer a permanent contract (CDI) to our interns upon completion of their internship, you are required to have a working / visa status that will allow you to accept a CDI in our Paris office immediately after your internship,
• A good knowledge of object-oriented programming(particularly Java),
• A first experience (project or internship) in developing web applications,
• You understand the value of good quality code and best practices,
• An excellent level of spoken English.

In addition, the following skills would be a definite advantage:

• A good knowledge of Java and/or Angular 2+,
• You have a good vision on both backend and infrastructure challenges,
• Any experience with AWS, Docker or Terraform, is even better!
