We’re looking for a seasoned Product Director to lead the strategy of several products of our portfolio and to develop and grow a talented team of product managers.

You will report to Nico, Co-Founder, and Chief Product Officer. You will collaborate on a daily basis with our engineering and design managers and will lead and animate teams to launch compelling solutions.

Our product management team gathers twelve talented product managers and product directors. Each product director owns a large part of our business offering and leads a team of product managers to positively impact the business and delight our customers.

Our product department gathers seventy teammates. We value high collaboration between product management, engineering, product design, and customer support. Our common mission is to create value for our customers, our users, and our own business, in a sustainable way.

Our offer, the PXM Studio, consists of five different products, serving our vision, by fostering collaboration between our different user personas.

Our products allow them to craft and manage great product experiences to unlock their business growth.

Team Development

You have a strong experience in leading product managers, coaching product people, defining appropriate goals, hiring and onboarding new talents, and animating a product management team.

Product Vision and Strategy

You enjoy contributing to a compelling product vision, articulating a product strategy with product managers. You will present, explain our strategy to different audiences (teams, customers, partners). You will collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to foster a strong alignment.

Execution

You’re convinced that excellent execution is the foundation of everything. You love refining and consolidating great product practices to create value for our users, our customers, and our business. You enjoy crafting the right contextual goals and carefully picking the relevant metrics to drive progress toward our vision. You love collaborating with engineering and design leaders.

a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Product Director, Head of Product, Group PM, Product Team Leader,

in a fast-growing SaaS company

excellent communication skills

fluent communication in English, both written and oral (a strong French accent is ok)

product-minded, you love to delight your users and customers

data-driven, you like to mix the right usage, financial, or market data, to run relevant analysis and make data-informed decisions
