About this role

As a Senior HRBP at Aircall, you would have the unique opportunity to work with a talented & innovative HR team and contribute to the growth of the company.

Your mission @ Aircall

  • Partner with leaders & managers to drive HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Deliver tailored HR solutions, address employee concerns, maintain a high-performing & talented workforce
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues
  • Supervise wellness and health initiatives for our employees
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR related matters, including talent development, employee relations, performance management, change management, and compensation
  • Continuously improve & update HR processes and policies with the Hr team : Lead and manage HR projects, including talent management, employee engagement programs, day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with diverse global regulations and assist leaders in ensuring compliance
  • ​​Stay up-to-date on industry and legal trends, including experience with French & European labor laws, proactively assessing and mitigating HR related risks
  • Manage the French works council
  • A little more about you

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 7  years as an HR Business Partner or similar role. For Aircall, a successful HR Business Partner needs not only to have strong HR expertise, but also a comprehensive understanding of the industry they support
  • Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills. Ability to empathize with others
  • Knowledge of European labor laws (mostly for France, Spain, Germany & UK)
  • Strong experience managing French works council
  • Strong experience in managing transversal and global projects
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with leaders and employees
  • Experience in performance management and change management
