Product Managers are key enablers to make the voice of our customers resonate internally and to draft the right solutions to meet their needs.

The product team @Aircall is organized around the following main areas:

- Phone, Dashboard

- Telco, resellers and internal tools

- Ecosystem

We are looking for a product manager to strengthen the ongoing work on the Dashboard area.

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Craft the Dashboard (Phone setup portal) roadmap with your Lead Product Manager (direct report) based on a wide range of inputs to make sure your team is working on the most impactful topics over the quarter
  • Work autonomously but never alone: expect to work interdisciplinary with business, design, frontend developers and data analysts
  • Manage product researches on each project
  • Take part of the development team day-to-day organization
  • Drive the team & stakeholders to define the best solutions (technical & functional-wise)
  • Write all specifications needed to implement the next product features
  • Manage backlog and prioritize on a day-to-day basis
  • Partner with the product marketing and business teams for smooth roll outs and feedback gathering
  • Evaluate outcomes through qualitative feedback (business teams, clients) and quantitative measures
  • Be an ambassador of the product strategy
  • Participate to the growing product mindset at Aircall
  • A little more about you:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong appetite for UX which translates into great UI
  • Proven ability to ship products
  • Strong business and analytical sense
  • Excellent communication
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building a B2B Saas product is a huge plus
  • Fluent in English, French is nice to have but not mandatory (we provide French lessons)
