**Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel specialized in Capital Markets and Securities law (f/m) to join our Legal Corporate Affairs department based in **Toulouse, France.**

You will be part of a team developing and maintaining a compliant governance in regards to stock markets. As part of the Governance Matters department, you will be involved in providing legal advice to our management and the Board in compliance with statutory reporting and disclosure obligations, market regulations and applicable law.

Your challenges:

  • Providing legal support and advice on capital markets, securities law and statutory reporting to the General Counsel
  • Leading and ensuring compliance with periodic and ongoing disclosure obligations in all relevant jurisdictions
  • Supporting Treasury for market offerings and managing regulatory approval of prospectuses
  • Project leading and annual drafting of the Report of the Board of Directors and the Universal Registration Document of Airbus SE
  • Running the Airbus Insider Trading Rules Compliance Office (advise about legal duties provide training,…)

Your boarding pass:

  • You are duly qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in Netherlands, France, Germany, England, the US or other common-law or European jurisdictions
  • You have around 15 years of experience in legal advisory work in an international company or in an international law firm where you have been dealing with capital markets and market disclosures
  • You have the ability to work in multi-functional and multi-cultural context, in a transnational environment
  • You have the ability to simultaneously manage several complex legal and internal procedures involving multiple internal departments and third party stakeholders such as market authorities, auditors and law firms
  • Language skills: Native ou fluent English speaker.
