A position of Quality Value Stream Management has just opened at Airbus Atlantic in Rochefort (17). You will join the Quality Value Stream Management Department. (ZQZF)

In a context of Single Aisle ramp up you will be responsible for the quality performance of Rochefort and Tunisia Constituent Assembly (C.A.). Under the supervision of the Head of the Department, you will be autonomous in the development and performance follow-up

You will be responsible for the following main activities:

  • Ensure that client requirements are cascaded in the Single Aisle program, Negotiates the Quality objectives and associated indicators, communicates them and ensures that the Customer Quality objectives are deployed in the business units Interfacing with delivery centers to answer airlines’ questions Consolidate the Quality performance (NC, concessions, QLB, etc.) of the various functions and provide a synthetic view Follow the convergence plans defined by the operational teams and assist in the resolution of blocking points For QSR and SARI:
  • Ensure E2E follow-up of the process to ensure performance is maintained (Lead Time & Backlog)
  • Validate the content, defined by the Quality team, of the QSR & SARI before presentation to the “panel” O Provide support to Quality teams, if necessary, during panel reviews Lead/participate in internal and/or supplier reviews of Program milestones and Customer Quality reviews.
  • Coordinate Quality support in cross-cutting & complex topics. Integrate by being a force of proposal in the various local Multi functional teams (MFT)

Business trips are to be expected once a month in France/Europe/north africa and you must be prepared to travel accordingly.

Required Profile:

With an engineering or higher education degree, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in the aerostructure technical environment, accompanied by a strong awareness of commercial aspects.

Technical skills:

Knowledge of the SARI/QSR process, mastery of the Airbus traceability process.

Soft skills:

Rigour, versatility, customer relationship skills, and sensitivity to the concept of customer service

Languages: Intermediate English (minimum B1 - for executives) and Fluent French.
