Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Finance Innovation & Business Intelligence (f/m) to join our Finance Transformation department based in Toulouse, France.

The Finance Transformation department is responsible for shaping and driving the Transformation of the Finance function along the 5 star model (Strategy, Organization, Processes, Tools and People) across all Airbus Group Divisions. As part of the Finance Strategy’s team you will support the definition of the Finance strategy together with the Finance Management Board and the development of the Finance Function through several key initiatives and projects.

Your challenges:Conducting research on relevant strategic topics and building discussion papers and points of view,

Shaping and conducting Benchmark projects, internally (Group wide) and externally,

​Staying up to speed on external trends regarding Finance innovation,

​Connecting within the Company to create networks and build synergies where there are common strategy & innovation interests,

Identifying and qualifying trends and elements of Finance external ecosystem that may impact the Finance Function in the future,

Your boarding pass:Relevant 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance function,

Capability to frame and shape clear adding value deliverables and to conceptualize,

Strategic mindset,

Teamwork and collaboration spirit in an international context,
