Our grandparents ate better than our parents and better than us. That’s crazy. Agricool turns this trend on its head: we’ll eat better than them all! We’re growing local, tasty and pesticide-free fruits and vegetables for everyone. For the moment, that means tasty and plump strawberries in Paris. Tomorrow, it will be a wide range of delicious fruits and vegetables everywhere on earth.

To achieve our goal, we’ve created a paradise for fruits and vegetables in recycled shipping containers. That means the best lighting, temperature, irrigation, and air quality. In just 35 m2 we can produce the same amount of food as 4000 m2 of traditional farmland. We do it with no pesticides, no transportation, and 100% renewable energy, and we sell our fruits through direct sales and supermarkets.

We started as 2 co-founders in 2015, and are now more than 75 people working everyday to shape a better food system ;-)

Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will have the mission to achieve the success of our products in selective retail and foodservices, finding new opportunities to reach our business targets in order to maximize sales volumes and gross profits.

MISSIONS

  • Reach the target sales objectives per products and point of sales in selective distribution and Foodservices, while keeping the costs under control.
  • Perform regular visits to all the POS you will be managing, develop a close partnership with each store managers and key decision makers.
  • Manage and ensure a perfect availability of Agricool products in store all year long and optimise the product and brand visibility. Negotiate the product listing and development of new products in store.
  • Identify new business opportunities in FoodServices or selective retails, lead the negotiation and close deals.
  • Conduct regular surveys and animations in-store with the data & insights team, in order to get feedback from the customers and get more info on purchasing habits.
  • Manage the product dispatch per stores in hands with the production team.
  • Develop sales plan and execute it to reach performance: through communication, salesforce and other activations.
  • Tracking your performance and perform regular report to the Head of Sales.

Profil recherché

BAC +5, you have at least 2 years experience in working in the retail or B2C industry in sales and business development. You have an experience in FoodServices development, and your have already proven your ability in deploying the distribution for innovative products.

  • You’re excited about our vision to reshape the food industry, and understand how the product distribution could help shape the brand image.
  • You have a strong data-driven mindset and will excel yourself to increase our performances. You like new challenges and are focused on achieving ambitious targets.
  • You are hands-on, very autonomous and willing to be on the field
  • You have excellent negotiating and communication skills.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and love to shake certitudes.
  • You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and solve hard problems.
  • Having your driving license is a must.
