En 2000, Emeric Ernoult et Benoît Hédiard ont l’idée avant-gardiste de créer une plateforme communautaire où les entreprises pourraient créer des relations sociales avec leur clients et où les marques pourraient partager leurs contenus.
Lancés très tôt dans l’aventure du réseau social, ils développent, dès 2010, Agorapulse un outil de gestion de profils sociaux novateur et astucieux.

L’évolution et la croissance des réseaux sociaux propulse rapidement Agorapulse sur le devant de la scène: il est aujourd’hui le seul outil de social media management en self-service développé en France et un acteur très fort du marché international.

What we are looking for
Agorapulse is looking for a Senior Product Designer with exceptional UX and UI Design skills!

You will be expected to speak a native level of French in our office and have a very high level of English for exchanging with your colleagues around the world.

Product Design
Experience working on product/features with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company
Able to represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
Experience working with research and data to drive decision making
Define, craft and evolve designs within visual systems and/or standards

Preferred experience
5+ years of relevant design experience in digital products
Design experience, encompassing interaction design and visual design and how these elements impact product function
Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
A diverse portfolio of work personally designed and shipped, along with examples of work directed and delivered by your team.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
Advocate of taking/giving feedback at all costs at any levels.
Strong customer advocacy with a penchant for data and business-informed design.
Experience in building SaaS products in a start-up/scale-up environment would be better.
Ready to be challenged by the scale of a large scale design team expansion.
