The marketing team plays a key role in Agicap’s hypergrowth supporting lead generation, brand promotion, product alignment and crafting impactful content.
As part of the HQ Marketing team (+30 people), you will join the Online Acquisition division, a team of 8 marketing experts focussing on inbound lead generation for our 5 markets. You will report to Céline, our Head of Acquisition.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be in charge of scaling leads and customer acquisition through new and existing Paid channels. You will :
• Manage our performance marketing campaigns on existing paid channels (Search, Paid Social, DisplayNetworks, …) in autonomy: build, analyze, iterate and report to deliver the best ROAS possible
• Maintain a clear test roadmap and communicate with other Paid Managers and members of the Acquisition team to challenge the playbook: new channels, creatives, audiences, landing pages…
• Work closely with the local team from your assigned markets to support Lead generation and ensure end-to-end performance (lead to customer)
• Collaborate with our Studio and Brand Team to build high-quality creatives and report on their performance. Ensure high quality and relevancy of our ad copy and creatives following our brand guidelines.
