As Chief Marketing Officer at AGICAP, your role will be to :
Manage the marketing team in Europe and recruit new top marketing talents across Europe
Achieve our ambitious MRR goals by driving lead generation through multiple inbound / outbound channels and test new channels
Know our customers (profile, data, behaviour…) and be their voice within Agicap
Lead the international marketing expansion into new European markets and adapt to local specificities
Manage the global marketing budget and control CAC
Establish Agicap as the leading brand for SMB cashflow management in Europe
Work closely with sales, customer success and product teams to constantly improve alignment with revenue goals and efficiency
German Team already hired : 20 German fluent speakers
Spanish Team : 7 Spanish fluent speakers
French Team already hired : 120 talents
🎯 Here is the commercial value chain :
1/ Marketing Team : in charge of the prospect lead generation
2/ SDR qualifies leads every week.
During the first phone call, they identify the prospect needs. They do not present the solution but rather understand how the company manages its cash flow monitoring, identifying needs, decision-makers and existing tensions on cash flow.
They plan phone call meetings (software demonstrations) with the right decision-maker.
3/ Account Executives take over and demonstrate the software to answer the pain already identified (by phone, without video call). They sell the solution and activate the subscription.
Lead qualification is therefore a major issue in our sales practices.
4/ As soon as there is a subscription, the Customer Success team manages the onboarding, the training of new users. The CS team also manages support and account management.
