Descriptif du poste

Within the Brand and Communication Department, you will support digital communication and print, in collaboration with the Agency’s marketing, technical and editorial departments.

  • Production of print & web communication media (pamphlets, presentations, videos, press releases, kakemonos, newsletters),
  • Daily monitoring of media impacts, daily and thematic press reviews,
  • Competitive and sectoral monitoring,
  • Daily updating of the intranet and website,
  • Development of referencing, monitoring and analysis of website traffic statistics, reporting on developments and proposing improvements,
  • Participation in the animation of social networks,
  • Image research, creation of a media library through the AFP image bank,
  • Animation and monitoring of social networks (mainly Twitter and LinkedIn),
  • Benchmarking,
  • Reporting communication actions,
  • Event communication (exhibitions, congresses, and fairs).

Profil recherché

  • Master’s level in Communication, Media, Digital,
  • Strong interest in information, media and social networks,
  • Perfect grasp of the graphics chain, DTP tools (Adobe suite) and office automation tools (Office suite)
  • Desired knowledge of video editing and processing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects),
  • Native or bilingual English,
  • Excellent drafting and synthesis skills,
  • Preferable previous experience in communication,
  • Proficiency in another working language of AFP would be an advantage (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic or German),
  • Taste for teamwork, adaptability, autonomy, rigor, initiative, organizational skills, dynamism, and creativity.
