In this role, you will:-Work with product lines to collect process requirements and to explore process details-Collaborate closely with Business Analyst team in order to understand business processes and common exception paths for a delivery phase-Support BA team in opportunities assessment, validation suitability and process metrics collecting and validating-Identify pain points and improvement opportunities-Defining requirements and “To be” state solution, by working and communicating with various parts of the business-Solution Design:-Designing RPA solutions in accordance with the adopted design principles, standards and best practices-Producing solution designs as well as configuring and altering RPA automation processes as needed-Creating and maintaining solution documentation-Creating testing deliverables, identifying all the testing scenarios and their expected outcomes-Delivery of service:-Configuring RPA solutions that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand-Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process-Provide hypercare to the business for any new solutions-Extending knowledge base, known-error database and a repository of ‘lessons learned’ to support effective knowledge management-Champion digital innovation to transform the way people work and improve experience of customers using services of DBS-Support global complex transformation programmes, where automation is a key enabler

-Experienced profile with 2+ year in automation area-An experienced automation transformation specialist with experience with Adevinta technology suite-Experienced in identifying automation opportunities, enable process redesign and applying innovative and creative solutions to solve issues-Full life-cycle automation project management experience, from initial opportunity through to requirement development, estimation, solution design, implementation and release-Ability to contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve the delivery framework-Experience in programming in a common language will be an asset (Python, SQL, VB.NET, VBA, JavaScript etc.)-Experience in Power Automate will be an asset (UI Flows, Power Apps, Sharepoint)-Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps software development methodologies-Experience of Atlassian tools - including confluence / Jira will be an asset-You have an enquiring mind to analyse and question existing processes to ensure a full and correct understanding is gained-Good written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation-Good inter-personal communication skills, communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners-Understanding of workflow-based logic and a business process from a workflow diagram and are able to conceptualise it as an automated solution-Understanding of data flows, finance, HR and procurement processes, especially within SAP (S/4Hana) environment-Strong planning and organisation skills-Energetic and assertive, collaborative, resilient and motivated by challenges-Ability to lead technical teams through the design and implementation of automation-Communication: Ability to interact with all levels of the business, exceptionally good listening skills, ability to present complex or new ideas with clarity and simplicity; excellent verbal and written communication skills-This is an international program with great exposure to European countries, primarily Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands but also to overseas. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 20% once the implementation phase is reached and the pandemic situation allows.-English is a must, any other European language is a strong asset (i.e. Spanish, French, German, Dutch)
