As a strategic program manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading a diverse range of programs that span across multiple disciplines providing you the unique opportunity for high exposure in the organization for your high profile work.  You will work in collaboration with various functions within the organization such as P&T tribes, marketplace leadership, and strategy and finance to guide the initiatives to a successful conclusion. In order to be successful in this role, you should be able to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels. As a problem solver, you provide original thought whilst taking into account our marketplace challenges and company culture. This will require strong communication skills with the ability to learn and understand quickly the dynamics of the organization and marketplaces. Your work is a direct contribution to the delivery of our company's mission and strategic objectives. This role will report directly to the head of Strategic Initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Autonomously plan, monitor and manage strategic projects from initiation through completion
  • Thorough understanding of our marketplace products and challenges 
  • Effectively coordinate project planning and progress reporting to stakeholders 
  • Ensure project results meet the stakeholder requirements and expectations 
  • Be an important member of the team in providing strategic insight and support in planning and executing the organization's strategies. 
  • Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and analyze business opportunities in both new and existing markets.
  • Create synergies and build relationships with other central initiatives to create a bigger impact. 
  • Be an active participant in supporting the team in achieving organizational alignment, clarity, and get things done. 

Additional Information


Profil recherché

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of product management and agile methodologies a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots while working with the end in mind 
  • Ability to define and articulate success metrics with strong data analysis skills 
  • Ability to build trusted networks quickly
  • Very curious with strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communicator with engaging presentation skills. 
  • Strive to spot opportunities and translate them into action items that solve business problems. 
  • Highly collaborative and team player who is willing and able to step in when needed to get things done.
