What you’ll do
This role is within the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) team and reports directly to the Procurement Center of Excellence Lead. You’ll join a recently created team that will be critical in the delivery of our procurement and supplier management strategy across Adevinta.
As the Procurement Project Manager you will:
Drive the continued development of our supplier relationship management framework
Build a governance model for strategic suppliers partnering with key business areas as relevant i.e. Business, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supplier relationship management process, ensuring activities are appropriately tracked in Coupa
Partner with business owners to obtain relevant feedback on supplier operational performance, SLA/KPI delivery and any incidents
Lead projects to drive commercial optimisation and consistent policy, processes and guidelines for strategic suppliers
Lead wider Procurement CoE projects related to new processes and systems implementations that support the growth and overall strategy of the function
This role will be based in Barcelona with occasional travel to other offices.

Who you are
You have 4+ years of project and process management experience
You have supplier relationship management experience
You have an analytical approach to problem solving
You have experience with procurement systems/processes/tools
You have excellent people and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation
You are a team-player, who works to benefit the group vs the individual
You have good written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills, with a high technical and business level of English.
It would be great if you would also have:
Professional qualification such as MCIPS or equivalent
Project Management qualification
Specific e-procurement tools experience and knowledge (Coupa and SAP 4/H)
