We are looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner for the Product and Technology teams based in our European TECH HUBS. Reporting to the HR Director Product and TECH, you will be working in close partnership with the Product & Tech leaders enabling them to achieve strategic goals through the right people decision. As People Business Partner you are responsible for designing and implementing the People Strategy for the teams you partner with, working closely with the Centres of Excellence (Reward and Talent) and People Operations. You act as a culture champion and a key change agent to secure the success of the product & Tech organization.

Key activities of the People Business Partner:

  • Acts as coach and business partner on all people things for P&T Sr leaders
  • Enables teams growth by working closely with talent acquisition and other People Coe's
  • Drives the P&T talent agenda together with the business leaders
  • Acts as change agent for the product and tech transformation programs
  • Acts as role model of the Adevinta culture
  • Foster a creative and collaborative workforce across a global and multicultural organisation and champion a world class employee experience
  • Support the effective delivery of a high performing, people focused and data-driven HR service and act as the glue when delivering Centre of Excellence products, services and platforms

Key qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as HR/People role, partnering with product and tech organizations
  • Comprehensive all round HR expertise including a clear understanding of the link between HR and the business strategy
  • Proven Affinity with the field of Product and Technology
  • Experience in influencing, coaching and advising global (senior) managers
  • Experience in organisational design
  • Data-driven; you’re data savvy and knowledgeable in relevant success metrics across the People agenda.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, international, and changing work environment; can-do attitude and creative problem solver
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
