What you’ll do

The Payroll Implementation Consultant will report to the Payroll Global Process Owner and will be responsible for: 

  • Data migration process during the payroll implementation and ensure safety is maintained
  • Execute standards of operations to be applied in the different countries across Adevinta
  • Training for new Shared Services Center (SSC) staff as required with the right documentation and procedures
  • Maintain meetings with different stakeholders in each country to document the current payroll process and make sure all specific needs are covered by the SSC or payroll provider
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels in line with the different waves of the payroll implementation
  • Attend transformation meetings with the new payroll provider, manage the relationship and ensure they are following best practices 
  • Create payroll policies and procedure flows to document the processes for future stage of payroll
  • Ensure that the payroll provider has all the processes documented and country specifics are taken into account
  • Identify potential improvements and automations of the current payroll process in different countries, standardising as much as possible those with minimum added value

Profil recherché

Who you are

  • ​​​​​​1-5 years of working experience in a similar role within an international company in payroll, operations processing or consulting
  • Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR
  • Basic knowledge of benefit structure and taxation implications
  • Working understanding of payroll systems, Workday and ERP systems
  • Works in a structured and focused way especially  when approaching new challenges
  • Good sense of order and systematic  working routines
  • Solution and business oriented
  • Deadline oriented, takes ownership and ensures that  work is completed
  • Striving for high quality in deliverables
  • Constructive, positive and collaborative attitude especially when meeting challenges and time pressure 
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
