What you’ll doAs Head of Agile Coaching you will lead and grow our expanding Agile team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Adevinta as a key part of the Global Operations Leadership team if you are an experienced agile coach used to leading a team and shaping what the future delivery culture looks like.
You will work right across our global teams, shaping our strategy, leading and growing a team of mature, highly motivated coaches, creating an inclusive learning culture, and coaching teams and individuals in agile practices. You will be responsible for leading the strategy to continuously improve the standard of agile collaborative delivery. We’re looking for people who create inclusive environments, with a passion for agile delivery and the behaviours to lead, shape, guide and inspire our teams.
Defining the strategy for maturing the standard of agile collaborative delivery in Global Product & Tech teams, aligning it to our product goals and wider delivery strategy
Designing and shaping agile skills initiatives and training programmes to grow in-house capabilities and improve understanding of agile ways of working across Adevinta
Coaching individuals and teams, including developing and mentoring delivery managers and agile coaches
Leading the Community of Practice and associated internal and external events
Advocating for agile practices inside and outside the organisation
Shape and support our education efforts to further our teams’ personal and professional development
Role modelling a collaborative and inclusive approach to improving agile practices working in concert with peers in Operations, Product, Engineering and UX
Recruiting agile delivery professionals and procuring and managing suppliers to deliver successful outcomes and value for money

Who you are
A skilled agile coach and digital leader with the gravitas to shape, lead, motivate and coach teams to be high performing
An expert in agile practices with in-depth knowledge of the latest techniques and trends and their practical application
Have demonstrable experience building communities of practice and creating an inclusive learning culture
Experience designing and delivering learning materials and can create, run and facilitate training for individuals and teams
Experienced at diagnosing problems and making significant improvements to teams’ ways of working
An advocate for agile ways of working with a love for building high performing teams. Someone who can inspire and influence people from all disciplines across all areas of an organisation
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence, present, and facilitate workshops with senior leaders
Be a team player who works easily across organisational boundaries and can provide collaborative leadership and build relationships amongst teams, peers and senior leaders.
