Job description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our HQ, in our Paris office. The ideal candidate will bepassionate about event planning, managing an office space, and looking after the wellbeing and day to day experience of our employees. NOTE: This role will be part time (about 20 hours / week).

The Office Manager will work independently to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This person must be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse individuals.

What you will do:

  • Manage an office of 150+ employees and help with any administrative needs
  • Contribute to our company culture and encompass our values (Kindness, Team Spirit, Agility, Client Satisfaction, and Enthusiasm).
  • Plan & coordinate monthly onboarding in our Paris office including travel arrangements, room booking, and schedule management for the speakers.
  • Event planning: Monthly apéros, holiday parties, team lunches / dinners
  • What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager at a similar sized office
  • Someone who is driven, autonomous, and excited by the office manager tasks
  • Experience organizing corporate events such as breakfasts, lunches, and “afterwork”
  • Comfortable managing business travel & accommodations
  • Experience managing IT projects regarding software and user access
  • Bonus points if you have experience working at a startup!
