As a Growth Marketing Manager for the UK market at AB Tasty, you will play a crucial role in driving our goals. 

You will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategies to drive pipeline and growth for the UK. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns; generating leads and opportunities through a demand generation marketing strategy, collaborate with the marketing team to drive pipeline, partner with the sales team to understand their needs and market forces and maximize joint activation goals while increasing pipeline contribution.

Note: Native English is a must. This role will be based in Paris with our international marketing team.

Contract & Location:

- Permanent full-time contract

- Paris Office

- Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

What you will do:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies tailored for the UK market to drive pipeline and revenue

- Generate leads and opportunities through a demand-generation marketing strategy

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement go-to-market campaigns and content initiatives aimed at generating leads and opportunities

- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns, including paid ads, organic initiatives, content syndication, trade shows, speaking events, webinars, and customer events

- Work closely with the marketing team to drive the pipeline from different campaigns

- Analyze campaign data and metrics to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations

- Generate leads and opportunities through growth marketing strategy

- Work with the sales team to help understand their needs and market forces

- Maximize the New / Existing / Joint activation goals and increase partner pipeline contribution

- Detail campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, content and marketing distribution channels

- Native English speakerUp to date on UK market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and tactics
