As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will work closely with Apolline and Femke from HR, founders and Comex to execute our challenging 2023-2024 hiring plan (35 international recruitments).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create our talent pool by direct approach, browsing social medias & networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable profiles with required skills, create and diffuse content
Find the best candidates via different job boards & direct headhunting sourcing : creating job post and optimise visibility online, advertise job availability internally and externally
Organise and lead screening calls & interviews with candidates
Ensure we maintain a high standard of candidate experience
Lead some recruiting internal projects such as recruiting events, employer branding, etc. Improve our internal hiring process, tools & reportings
Attend job fairs and other events to spread our company culture and searching for talent in the Agro and industrial areas
Help in the preparation of internal events like Seminar
COMPETENCIES
First and significative experience in sourcing international candidates, ideally in the food or agro industries
Agility in constantly looking for new ways of assessing candidates through innovative tools
Well organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
Able to integrate and represent our company culture
Strong listening skills, intuition and empathy, you love people!
Curious, eager to learn and want to gain responsibilities
Last but not least : You are fluent in both French & English
