We’re looking for an outstanding Production Site Manager to help us get 77 FOODS into the hearts, minds and fridges of million plant-based lovers.

As part of the Operations team, you run the parisian production site and collaborate with our product development lab.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Global execution of all manufacturing Operations including Product Planning, Quality Assurance, Sanitation, Maintenance, Purchasing, Safety, Shipping, Operators Management and Improvement of production capacities. Your target is to scale our business up to 1M+€ revenue/year from scratch.

• Schedule all manufacturing activities

• Receive and Control of Materials in conformance with 77 Foods policies and all applicable regulatory and legal requirements HACCP

• Responsible for coordination and communication of the operations forecast, including the identification of key financial operating risks

• Management : maintain good employee relations and ensure personnel adherence to 77 Foods policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices. Ensure the plant operates efficiently while meeting or exceeding financial goals

• Communicate to management and plant personnel 77 Foods novelties procedures, and strategies

• Actively support all continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant and supports all safety projects to ensure strategies development

• Actively work with the Human Resources Department in policy development, employee grievances, development issues and motivation

• Review detailed labor standards by cost center to support the annual budgeting process, reduce production equipment downtime or failures

• Collaborate with our founders to recommend process improvements to reduce labor, ingredient and packaging materials cost. Also work on waste reduction and indirect costs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineer Bachelor’s Degree or Masters
• Prior plant management experience highly preferred, bonus for plant based
• 5+ years leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence across all levels of employees
• Excellent oral and written communication skills - fluent in English, both written and spoken
