We are looking for a Scientist passionate by food experiences and in the formulation of new plant based recipes & optimization of existing ones.

As part of the R&D team, you collaborate with the production site and our culinary kitchen

🔬 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep a clean and safe working environment
• Optimization of existing recipes parameters : nutritional value, ingredients cost monitoring, flavouring, organoleptic specifications (texture, smell, taste, sound, visual), internal validation tasting
• New product development : from marketing brief to launch
• Organize tastings for consumers and clients
• Manage production batches with technician for events and kitchen visitors
• Carry out experimental work to fulfill strict product specifications
• Keep a log of all productions and trials, and report back to the R&D team
• Opportunity to work with fundamental R&D and implement cutting edge technologies developed by the team
• Design meticulous experimental plans
• Industrial implementation working with our production places for scaling up recipies

📎 QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineer
• Prior hands-on experience, 2-4 years in conducting experiments in a lab/kitchen
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Passionate about food
• The perfect match is a rigorous, self-motivated, adaptable, and result-oriented person
• Good oral and written communication skills - bilingual English
