Generate B2B leads, lead sales alone or on the behalf of Virtual Regatta managers, and close deals
With a >50% annual growth over 2017-2020, the group is strongly growing on the bridge game market, and wishes to develop its presence on other games.

Virtual Regatta, the e-sailing worldwide leader, is a 52 Entertainment company, with the ambition to become the most famous and played game for boat and regatta lovers.

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, top business / engineering school student with a passion for digital entertainment, (e-)sailing, and sales & business development apprentice that will handle or support all B2B sales within Virtual Regatta.

Virtual Regatta sells some dedicated events private races, visibility in game or other products to major companies in order to increase their visibility, for team building or company image purpose. Today, the company is structuring and needs help to develop those B2B sales with a methodic approach.

If you love both entertainment and video game industries, and develop the sales of the company with an entrepreneurship and commando mindset, this job is for you !

Responsibilities
• Generate B2B leads (identify companies, people in companies, etc.)
• Lead sales withing those new generated deals (with support from VRO director)
• Help VRO director and Virtual Regatta CEO to follow and close some B2B deals they directly handle
• Help structuring the 2B2 offer
• Support on ad-hoc projects on both VRO and VRI games


Profil recherché

Qualifications, qualities and skills
• A top sales education : top business / engineering school or education specialized on sales
• A gift for sales is mandatory, with ambition to develop and dares to fully involve in the sales objective
• A Virtual Regatta gamer / experienced with sailing is a huge advantage
• A strong rigor with processes and numbers
• Proficient with Excel and Powerpoint
• An excellent business sense
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A strong desire to improve


Déroulement des entretiens

2 interviews with Virtual Regatta managers

• Start : September 2022
• Duration : 12 months
• Location : Paris / Issy les Moulineaux. Remote is possible up to 1-2 days a week
• Compensation : apprenticeship classics
