JOB DESCRIPTION
In the team « Healthcare professionnels community », you will participate in the implementation of the marketing and communication strategy to acquire as many caregivers as possible in the United Kingdom!
1. UK MARKET ANALYSIS
- Analysis of the medical ecosystem in the UK (universities, institutions, habits and needs of doctors, etc.)
- Identification and analysis of key channels to penetrate the healthcare environment in the UK (NHS certification, KOLs, institutions, PR, etc.)
- Analysis of the competitors
2. OPERATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY
- Research and management of partners and influencers (creators of medical content, innovative healthcare companies, opinion leaders, medical experts, etc.) + monthly report of the actions implemented
- Social ads and SEO: Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, AdWords, etc …
- Monthly report of acquisition channels (cost per channel, acquisition per channel etc.)
- Steering and monitoring of ad-hoc projects (events, surveys, development of new channels, etc.) and content creation
3. COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Animation of social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
4. USER EXPERIENCE
- Management of user problems (response to emails and comments published in the store, reporting of technical problems to the tech team)
- Integration of user feedback (organization of focus groups, interviews, doctor calls, etc.)
