As a Business Operations Manager at Yousign, you will integrate the cross functional Operations team: working closely with Business teams, Project Managers, Salesforce Developers or Data Analysts.
Your role is to empower the relationship between Marketing, Sales, Customer Care and Finance operations across the customer lifecycle to drive revenue, operational efficiency and growth through process improvements, strategic projects participation, CRM administration, setup and automations.You will manage medium/long term projects and initiatives (Quarterly OKRs) in order to scale operational efficiency of our internal teams but also support them in their day-to-day tasks, answering their requests and making sure they don’t face any blocker with their toolset.
Serving all the business teams of the company, your mission is to build a strong relationship with all of them, understanding and improving the way they work. This will allow you to work on 3 main areas and demonstrate complementary skills:
Be the main point of contact and the functional owner of our main CRM Tool : Salesforce and other business tools (Hubspot, Chargebee, Zendesk, other).
With the support of the technical pod for the implementation : identify levers and automations, specify, develop new features and improve usage of all these tools or find new ones when needed.
Ensure the connection of the CRM with the rest of the world (other internal tools and products), with reliable and useful data synchronization.
Benchmark good practices, solutions and provide technological watch.
Analyze and optimize all internal business processes (B2B Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance), improve automatization and productivity.
Support daily requests from the team, providing quick & efficient solutions to several types of issues, updating operational procedures..
Ensure all the processes you’ve designed and implemented are well documented, communicated, understood and easily accessible to the team in charge.
In collaboration with the Data team, build and monitor KPI and Dashboards to follow performance of business teams (Sales, Marketing, Care, Finance).
Analyse data to help you identify problems and lever for improvement, to monitor the impact of all the solutions implemented, and provide strategic recommendations.
