MAIN MISSION

In this role, you will join our Finance department, and be a part of the Financial Business Partner team led by Chloé.
The Financial Business Partners team’s mission is to manage reporting, budgeting and controlling processes in order to make sure our company scales efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to build business partnering relationships with the cross functional teams.

MISSIONS

Reporting directly to Chloé, Senior Finance Business Partner, your main missions will be :

Reporting & Analyses

• In charge of preparing the monthly financial reports (P&L) together with the accounting team of all group entities:
• Working on cut-offs, provisions
• Analyzing monthly evolutions and how we performed VS last year / what was budgeted
• Working on excel files as well as keynote presentations
• Analyze monthly cost/ROI performances and provide intelligence/processes to operational teams in order to improve key metrics
• Prepare reporting deck (keynote sent to C levels & investors)
• Manage updates of our analytics and ensure consistency across our files and tools
• Contribute in building the ARR master file and all the top line performance analyses that the team provides each month to C-levels, operational teams, and investors + control check data provided in our CRM / billing tools

Forecasts

• Be an active participant of yearly budget building and quarterly re-forecasting process
• Analyze monthly and quarterly the discrepancies between budgets and reality
• In charge of preparing quarterly budget reviews
• Share presentations to stakeholders highlighting where they stand

Tools and processes

• In charge of reviewing and optimizing costs processes
• Participate in optimizing our ERP and other financial tools
• Build scalable processes to achieve a perfect accuracy and remove as much as possible manual inputs

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A position
• You have a Business School or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• You are fluent in French & English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have great analytical and synthetical skills
• You are comfortable with large database and are extremely rigorous
• You are highly proficient with Excel and presentations (Powerpoint or Keynote), as well as with new IT environments (ERP)
• You have a strong autonomy, proactivity and ability to manage multiple projects
• You are very comfortable in fast paced environments
