The “Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration (IDEA)” team is part of the Worldline corporate “Communication, Marketing & Sales Performance” department, with the Executive Committee mandate to:

• Accelerate the organic growth of the company.
• Co-lead the development of new businesses across the Worldline organization and with partners
• Trigger & foster innovation in sales approaches

The mission

As a member of our diverse IDEA Team, the Coordinator will contribute to the identification, development and implementation of commercial planning and transformation initiatives (i.e. sales campaigns’ program management, organization of hackathon, period-end reporting, and market intelligence). In this context, the Coordinator will be responsible for developing relevant support material and communicating related business insights to the team.

The Coordinator will cooperate closely with the IDEA Team in the context of a matrix organization spanning Europe, Asia and Latin America.


Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications

• Intellectually curious and rigorous, with an interest for cutting-edge technology and approaches
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program
• Fluency in English, working level of French
• Solid command of MS Office and data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in business consulting, corporate strategy and/or project management
• Experience in researching and analyzing key business drivers, trends and operating metrics
• Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills
