Part of the Product team and manage by our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for
the marketing experience within our platform for our Worklife Care France & International (B2C) offer.
Your actions will improve the users experience and help to evolve our key KPIs. You will have a direct impact on the business! We are looking for someone bilingual in french, not especially native but who master the french expressions for content writing (you have to be able to propose catchy messages).

Your responsabilities will include:

• Management and analysis of product marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, content cards, InApp, etc)
• Redesign and optimization of the user experience on the platform (UX, UI)
• Creation of external supports to improve service/product understanding (FAQ, Guides, Videos)
• Monitoring of our key KPIs to evaluate the impact of each of our actions
• Elaboration of reports and presentation to the different teams

Your role within the business:

Your goal is to help us to improve all the metrics of the AARRR framework, you play a decisive role in the success of our Worklife Care offer on the French and International markets.

Your team:

• You are part of the Product team, managed by Clément, our Head of Product
• Your direct manager is Célia, our Product Marketing Manager
• You will work on a daily basis with the Tech, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Customer Support and Legal teams

Experience and Skills Desired

• First experience in digital marketing or product required (minimum 2 years)
• Basic HTML/CSS/LIQUID
• Knowledge of smart graphic design tools
• Ability to synthesize and analyze
• Your daily basis tools will be: Braze, Stripo, Figma, Google Analytics, Metabase, Canva, Notion
