Your role

This role will play a pivotal part in an exciting transitional phase of the company! This is a highly impactful position and requires someone with a passion for data, challenge, and the drive to take a thriving company to the next level.

Our CFO will lead strategic planning, cash flow management, business forecasting, financial planning and risk management, and accounting functions for Worklife.

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will direct, increase and expand finance functions across Worklife (France, Europe and Asia)
  • Coach and mentor the Finance manager
  • Lead communication with investor relations, including drafting board communications and fundraising financial materials
  • Construct and refine business models, financial forecasts and operational goals that maximise our current and future ROIs
  • Provide strategic recommendations on operational and financial initiatives based on data, market analysis, and previous actions
  • Advocate using data to improve decision-making, promote reporting, data sharing, and the analysis of metrics
  • Oversee Worklife’s accounting, monthly budget and current variance analysis
  • Conceptualise and drive initiatives across the finance department as well as cross-functional areas that support company-wide growth
  • Navigate us through our Series B

Requisitos

You’ve already led a company through high growth and created proven value across the organisation. You have a knack for plotting fruitful strategies for finance functions while possessing an operational mindset to create financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems that optimise our performance.

  • 7+ years of experience in a finance leadership role with a solid understanding of business metrics and processes in a startup
  • Proven success in a scaled growth environment and building high-performing agile teams
  • Led later-stage growth financing (Series B-D)
  • Start-up and hands-on experience
  • Strong data architecture and systems skills and in-depth experience of planning systems/tools
