WITH is a 50-people digital consultancy founded 5 years ago with two offices in Paris & Madrid. In the Paris office, we primarily service the world of food, beauty, health, luxury and fashion.
We tend to focus on the areas of business & marketing where the paint is fresh: e-Commerce (Amazon, D2C, marketplaces), China, influence/advocacy/customer care and data management. In those areas, we master more than 25 different topics among the most demanded on the market. Our obsession is to remain above the fray and help our clients as they modernize their business.

We are looking for an e-Commerce acceleration manager to work within the e-Commerce team of one of our client, that is a prestigious French company.

Role will encompass:

  • INITIATE: Build B2B eBusiness initiatives through B2B collaborations
  • SUPPORT: Develop and expand D2C eBusiness initiatives and support local market in order to accelerate D2C development
  • ANALYZE: Analyse the eBusiness D2C & B2B landscape, identify the right eBusiness models and partners, define shopper centric strategies, portfolio & promotion, and execute the plan with partners
  • INCARNATE:Be the ambassador of the eBusiness & digital transformation and help CBUs to accelerate on eBusiness, providing in-depth knowledge and tools to cross-functional teams within CBU

Expected responsabilities are the following:

  • Analyze the eBusiness landscape to identify the right eBusiness models/partners
  • Build B2B eBusiness initiative to accelerate on our client’s digital transformation and drive sustainable channel growth focusing on topline growth, profitability and online market share for B2B
  • Help D2C markets’ eBusiness organization to achieve overall business objectives and financial result by supporting them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage all aspects of eBusiness including demand planning, platform management, financial planning, digital marketing, operations and omnichannels
  • Manage all aspects of reporting & analytics related to eBusiness and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership team, global eBusiness team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop strong competition and market knowledge and apply it to our client’s principles and online strategy
  • Drive periodical update meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay on top of eBusiness market development and trend
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the eBusiness function and strategy
  • Provide expertise on current eBusiness D2C and B2B industry best practices and identify new areas of eBusiness opportunity beyond current organizational thinking

Here are the hard skills that we are expecting for this specific job:
1/ Must: At least 5 years of experience in a role that involves content for e-commerce (excluding internships and apprenticeship) - please elaborate it in your letter as this is what will convince us to move forward your application the most. The experience has to encompass both B2B & D2C experiences.
2/ Taken into account: your broad understanding or interest for the e-commerce world including content, search, ratings & reviews, key technology platforms, logistics
