Within our WEST department, we are looking for a full time intern to join and support our team on topics and projects such as:

DIGITAL STRATEGY
In connection with our Client Partners, you will participate in the reflection on the strategic roadmap of our clients regarding the Western markets and digital ecosystem around multiple business challenges such as :

  • Commerce & Loyalty: launch and animation of marketplaces or D2C (Amazon, e-retailers, etc.), Guidelines on how to handle your eCommerce, CRM & Loyalty best in class strategies, social commerce guidance (live streaming, etc).
  • Social & Media: brand’s social ecosystem audit & recommendation, upskilling on Western platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest…), proposal of animation tactics according to the native uses of Western platforms
  • Influence & advocacy: identification of a brand’s influence and advocacy needs expressed through briefs, selection and negotiation of potential KOLs as well as recommendations for mechanisms to interact with their audience.
  • Data: social listening insight, social owned audits. Using data to understand best strategies, content.

TRENDS FOLLOW UP & COMMUNICATION
As the Western world is moving fast, our teams need to be always up to date on the latest trends, social platforms, and key events… Therefore, you will be asked to contribute to projects and formats such as :

  • Trends follow up: Internal sharings with feedback on latest news on successful recipes on new digital formats. (news sharing on Slack)
  • Watch and digest the major trends impacting the Western market and digital ecosystem, to fuel and contribute to our external communication on Social Media (LinkedIn).
  • Daily check of our most advanced brands/influencers in terms of digital (Google slide).

Requisitos

  • Bac +4/5 business school or university education;
  • Passion for digital and more broadly the evolution of brands and consumer habits;
  • Proactive temperament, working independently, with a lot of freedom of action;
  • Strong curiosity, relational intelligence and dynamism are essential to flourish in this position;
  • Oral and written eloquence and synthetic spirit;
  • Perfectly at ease with English, French would be a plus;
