Witco is a web and mobile application to improve the well-being of occupants in their workplace and living space. At the crossroads of PropTech and HRTech start-ups, Witco is on the rise. It has already convinced many large groups, partners, investors and employees!

The Witco solution promotes a better flow of information, the creation of a community and centralises all available services. In practice, you can book your desk in a flex office, report an incident or open the door to your flat or a meeting room from a single app. The objective: to optimise the space and the offer and to meet the expectations of the occupants as best as possible.

Today, Witco has thousands of users throughout Europe! The application is available in more than 800 buildings, ranging from head offices to coworking spaces, coliving and specialised residential (student/senior). Parfums Christian Dior, Mama Works, Amundi and Covivio are among its clients.

Job description

Reporting directly to the CEO, your main role will be to plan and ensure the development of the company’s activities in the US. You will be in charge of generating revenues and creating a team of A players within a defined budget.

As a Country Launcher, your mission will consist in (but not exhaustively):

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy,
  • Look for new business opportunities in the US,
  • Ensure relationship with our current clients in the US (together with the HQ team),
  • Provide commercial and strategic intelligence,
  • Run market and user research to continuously improve your knowledge of the market,
  • Assist with building the brand awareness through PR and Marketing efforts,
  • Be the face of Witco in the US.

Preferred experience

We are looking for a rockstar armed with an excellent business acumen, great analytical and communication skills. You fit the following criteria:

  • You are resourceful and have a strong network in the HR or Real Estate industry,
  • You have more than 7 years of experience, most of them in the US,
  • You are excellent oral and written English communication skills, French would be a plus,
  • You are autonomous, with analytical competencies to easily read/explain business figures,
  • You have a strong ability to convince people of the relevance of your analyses and recommendations,
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are a good communicator,
  • You have a track record in people management and achieving team targets.
