In the Operations team, under the supervision of the Regional Director, the Regional Manager Brussels will be in charge of:

• Develop Wild Code School’s brand awareness in Brussels: act as the ambassador of the project with local players and communicate proactively, participate actively in the key tech networking events of the ecosystem
• Recruit & engage mentors: develop a community of tech professionals to coach Wild Code School students
• Organise events on campus or remotely: masterclasses, hackathon, meetup
• Develop partnerships and source partner projects for students
• Manage our campus facility: ensure the campus is well-organised and well-decorated in order to host students and community members

• Communication & networking skills. Acts as Wild Code School ambassador at every opportunity. Speaks and writes clearly, maintains high standards in all forms of communication.
• Enthusiasm. Exhibits passion and excitement about meeting new people and connecting with the tech ecosystem. Has a can-do attitude.
