After more than 8 years working on advertising digital agencies helping some of the most relevant national brands in Spain to connect with their targets across the digital platforms, Monica decided to join Weekendesk adventure. She has one mission: implement Weekendesk new brand identity across the different channels and deploy a new social media strategy capable of skyrocket the engagement rate in social media.

After working in hotels for several years, Esmée decided to follow her heart and move to Barcelona. A new country and a new life, but she could not say goodbye to the travel industry. Due to her history with Weekendesk she knew it was a good place to put her passion to practise. It is her mission to negotiate the best packages & prices and create a win-win for her partners, the clients and Weekendesk. Because everybody deserves unforgetable shortbreak experiences!

After finishing an administration and finance degree, Arnau decided to steer the boat in another direction and joined Weekendesk. His mission is to help customers choose amongst the vast array of offers, guide them through the process of booking and also provide the best support.

Jordi joined Weekendesk to create the team of backend developers in Barcelona. He had never worked in the tourism industry before and for him it was a very attractive challenge. He loves the team he works with and the new challenges related to the product and technology, ensuring the quality, productivity and growth of the team.

After having worked in agency designing digital retail solutions for global and luxury brands, Guillaume decided to join Weekendesk as a Product Designer (and as a short break lover). His mission is to improve the user’s experience by leading research, running tests and creating delightful interfaces. By building a design system with the design and tech teams, he ensures the scalability, the productivity and the creativity of the design.

Of French origin and present in France, Benelux, Italy and Spain, the company is in full expansion and has achieved excellent results in Europe, with double-digit year-on-year growth since its launch.
