Job description

Hello 👋 future candidate,
we are currently looking for a Head of the Customer Service Team, based in Barcelona.

This position will report directly to our COO (Chief Operations Officer) to ensure the best customer service possible!


  • Manage the call center to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Collect data and statistics at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, annually) and analyze them to improve performances.
  • Plan and implement the overall strategy.
  • Track and measure productivity and compare to benchmarks.
  • Offer solutions for improvement.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
  • Manage and train other call center staff to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with staff and clients, as well as with BTB partners.
  • Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees.

Preferred experience

Qualification and Requirements📜

  • Experience of a least 8 years in a Customer Center with 3 years experience on a similar role.
  • Pragmatic, hands on and dynamic.
  • Enjoy managing people.
  • To have outstanding communication skills and rely on data to take decisions.
  • Languages: English & Spanish are a must + French would be a real plus!
