Job description

Hello 👋 future candidate,
We are currently searching for a new CRM Project Manager for our office in Barcelona or Paris.

As a CRM Project Manager, you’ll join the team responsible for the relationship with our clients and prospects.

We also manage actions across different channels (Email, Push Notifications) to make them convert, stay, repeat and increase their lifetime value.

Your main objective is to develop this relationship between Weekendesk and each customer & prospect.


Ownership of the customer journey :

  • Define & drive the customer journey.
  • You know our clients better than themselves. You develop personalized and targeted triggers to interact with them. You work closely with the data team to improve this knowledge.
  • You are in charge of the lifetime value of each customer and you develop a strategy to increase loyalty.
  • You are in charge of all transactional email and their deliverability.

Reporting & KPI optimization :

  • Analysis of KPIs, drafting of reports, and proposals of action plans based on results.
  • AB Test every action.

Database management :

  • You are responsible for our database health (GDPR compliance, deliverability, database qualification,…)
  • You develop a strategy to increase our database by acquiring new people and by retaining existing clients.

Preferred experience

Qualification and Requirements📜

  • Education: Business school or university, Bac+ 4/5.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent
  • 2/3 years experience in CRM
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • English + French. Spanish or Flemish is a big plus!
  • A strong attraction to the web, digital marketing, and new technologies and want to work in a rapidly evolving structure.
