About the Role

We’re looking for a product manager to partner with data scientists/analysts, engineers and designers to develop impactful solutions for Wecasa’s customers and pros.
You’ll work on a variety of projects across the product with a diverse set of team members.

The Platform & Data Product Manager’s missions are to help the business grow by the optimization of our algorithms and our data set and to help ops team by giving them efficient tools.

The Platform Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of the e-commerce store and more particularly the algorithmes that are in the heart of Wecasa business and all the connexions between our platform and our external tools (Intercom, Zoho, GA, etc.).

Hence the Platform Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the following products :

1. Algorithms (data science): Autopilot, Slot Booking, Cancellations / Refunds
2. Marketplace Infrastructure: Stripe → Payments & Billing, URSSAF, Pricing
3. Data (data visualization) : ensure the availability/quality of data
4. Ops: Admin (BO), integration of our external tools : Intercom - Zoho, and Identity Verification

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering, data, design, operations, and marketing to ideate, prioritize and deliver solutions.
• Lead development of product roadmap and build alignment across engineering, data, design, brand, operations and Leadership/Executive team
• Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• Implement best in class product management and development practices
• Create delightful experiences informed by data and user research for customers and pros

Qualifications

• Have a several years of experience managing products from ideation to delivery. It doesn’t matter so much what your job title was, so long as you have hands-on experience creating and leading tech products.
• Ability to understand and leverage data to make informed product decisions, set success metrics and measure results
• Capability to work on algorithms and API without a front-end interface
• Capacity to identify the impacts of a project
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset. Rolling up your sleeves, thrive in chaos, and get things done
• Be curious about solving user problems. Have strong empathy for users from experience directly interacting and building for customers & professionals.
• Default to show, not tell, and help your team do the same
• Be a team player, coach, and referee all-in-one
• Have great communication skills
• Work well with stakeholders from multiple disciplines
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams of designers, developers, brand, customer success, and internal operations.
